  1. Where is this year's Men's Conference being held?
  2. This year's Men's Conference will be held in Philadelphia. Some of the events will be made available on Zoom.

  5. How can I reserve my hotel room and when are rooms available?
  6. The host hotel for this year is the Delta by Marriot at the Philadelphia airport. Click on the hotel Info tab for hotel information

  8. You can download the Zoom application at Zoom download

  9. How do I know if I am able to connect to a Zoom meeting?
  10. You can connect to a test meeting using this link Zoom test

  11. Is Zoom available on mobile devices?
  12. Yes, you can download Zoom on your computer, tablet or smart phone.

  13. Can I join if I do not have a computer or mobile device?
  14. Yes, you will have the option to dial into the meeting. You will hear the audio but not see the participants or presentations. The schedule page has the information needed to dial into the meeting. To see the schedule click here.

  15. How much does it cost to buy the Zoom application?
  16. The Zoom application is free.

  17. When can I join a meeting?
  18. The Zoom meeting will be started 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

  19. How do I get the link the join the meetings?
  20. Each morning of the conference you will receive an email from the Apostolic Buzz with the links to each of the meetings for that day. If you need to join the Apostolic Buzz click here. We will also add a link to each meeting in the conference schedule. To see the schedule click here.

  21. Will others see and hear me when I join the meeting?
  22. You are able to control if others can see or hear you. When you join the meeting you can choose to start your video for others to see you. Also you can choose to turn on your audio for others to hear you. If you join the meeting late the host will have already muted everyone so you will join with your audio turned off.

  23. What is the cost for attending the virtual events?
  24. There is no cost for attending any of the virtual events. To support the conference please go to the payment page to pay your convention fee.

  25. Why do I have to register before making a payment?
  26. We want to make certain that the correct person is given credit for each payment. By providing your registration number we can correctly apply the payment.

  27. I was sent a QR code when I registered? How do I use it?
  28. The QR codes is needed when you attend a conference event. The QR code allows us to manage the participants for each event.

  29. Do I need to register for any events, sessions or activities?
  30. If you attend the conference in person we ask that you register and if necessary pay for each event you plan to attend. You do not have to register for any events that you attend virtually

  31. Where are the conference sessions being held?
  32. The conference sessions will be held in multiple locations this year. There will be sessions at the host hotel as well as the church. The schedule will have informatin for the location of each session.

  33. Where is the Sunday service taking place?
  34. Sunday's church service information will be sent to you via the Apostolic Buzz

  35. I want to pay the $1000 fee ‐ what does it include?
  36. Clergy members are asked to pay the $1000 fee. We welcome and thank any member to pay the fee to support the Men's Conference. The $1000 is all-inclusive and includes the following: Note: It does not include the conference fee for your spouse.
