Percy Bland

Percy’s leadership is rooted in the belief that faith is not just a personal journey but one that drives us to lead with purpose, foster strong communities, and serve others with compassion and integrity.

Percy was born in Carthage, New York, and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, before attending Indiana State University. Here, his curiosity of people and communities led him to pursue a degree in Philosophy with a long-term focus on social culture and theology. As his worldview developed, so too did a deep passion for community leadership and community building. He has spent the last two decades committed to transforming culture by helping community and faith-based organizations bring innovation to their programs and services for youth, young adults, and families.

As a compassionate leader dedicated to inspiring and uplifting communities, his journey has been shaped by hands-on experiences in nonprofits, city government committees, and work with the juvenile justice system, where he witnessed firsthand the power of connection and support. What drives Percy is his unwavering belief in the transformative potential of relationships and the role culture plays at the heart of every community. For Percy, innovation, like faith, isn't just a concept—it’s a way to build bridges, foster growth, and spark lasting change.
